From website visitors:
- Information submitted via contact or enquiry forms (name, email, business details)

How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients
- Access advertising platform data via APIs (including the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API) solely to provide agreed services

Google Ads API Data
In the course of managing Google Ads campaigns, we access data through the Google Ads API. This access is used exclusively to:
- Retrieve campaign, ad group, keyword, and product performance metrics
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets and statuses
- Generate reporting data for client dashboards and performance reviews
- Identify optimisation opportunities on behalf of the client
Our use of data obtained through the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google’s data policies. We do not sell, transfer, or use this data for any purpose other than providing services to the authorised client account holder.
Access to Google Ads accounts is granted by the client and can be revoked at any time through Google Ads account settings.

Meta Ads API Data
Where clients engage us for Meta Ads management, we access data through the Meta Marketing API. This access is used exclusively to:
- Retrieve campaign and ad creative performance data
- Manage ad campaigns, budgets, and targeting on the client’s behalf
- Generate performance reports and creative insights
Our use of Meta platform data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell or share Meta advertising data with any third party. Access can be revoked at any time via Meta’s App Settings.

Data Storage & Retention
Client advertising data accessed via third-party APIs may be stored in our internal systems for the purpose of generating reports and tracking performance over time.
We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and for up to 12 months following termination, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Clients may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.
Billing and business records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet our legal and tax obligations under Australian law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal or business data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With advertising platforms (Google, Meta) as required to deliver campaign management services

We do not share one client’s data with any other client or third party for commercial purposes.
